ProKH168 VIP Promotion – Terms & Conditions
1. Level-Up Criteria
Members can upgrade their VIP level once both accumulated deposits and required turnover meet the criteria of the respective level.
After each upgrade, all calculations will reset to zero.
Level upgrades will be processed at 05:00 the following day.
2. Upgrade Process
Members can only upgrade one VIP level per day, even if they meet higher-level requirements.
Skipping levels is not allowed.
3. Maintenance Requirements
After reaching a VIP level, members must complete the required turnover within 7 days to maintain their level.
If a member upgrades again within this period, the maintenance requirement will reset based on the new level.
4. Downgrade Policy
If the required turnover is not completed within 7 days:
- The member will be downgraded by one VIP level automatically
- All benefits (rebates, bonuses, etc.) will be adjusted to the downgraded level
After downgrade:
- Deposit calculations will reset based on the downgraded level
- Turnover requirement will restart from 0
Example:
If a member drops from PLATINUM to GOLD:
- GOLD deposit requirement: 100,000
- PLATINUM deposit requirement: 200,000
- Member must deposit an additional 100,000 to reach PLATINUM again
- Turnover will restart and must meet the full requirement again
5. Level-Up Bonus
- Issued automatically at 05:30 the next day after level upgrade
- Each level bonus can be claimed once only
- Requires complete turnover before withdrawal
6. Weekly Bonus
- Available every Monday (05:30 – 23:59)
- Must be manually claimed via “Receive Weekly Benefits”
- Unclaimed bonuses within the time window will be forfeited
7. Daily Deposit Bonus
- Available after making a deposit
- Must be claimed on the same day
- Late claims will be considered forfeited
8. Account Policy
Only one account per user is allowed:
- One account
- One device
- One IP address
Multiple or duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and balance cancellation
9. Anti-Cheating Policy
Any individual or group found using fraudulent or unfair methods to gain bonuses will have:
- Account suspended
- All balances confiscated
10. General Terms
ProKH168 reserves the right to:
- Interpret, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time
- Take action against any suspicious or abusive activity
